2. 服务内容
PicKoala 为用户提供图片及文件的上传、托管、分发及在线编辑服务。我们有权根据业务发展需要随时调整、甚至暂时停止服务内容。
3. 用户行为准则
您对通过您的账户上传的所有内容负全部责任。严格禁止上传以下内容:
- 淫秽、暴力或色情内容;
- 侵犯他人知识产权(版权、商标等)的内容;
- 包含病毒、木马或其他恶意代码的内容;
- 非法活动信息的传播。
我们内置智能审计服务,一经发现违规资源,将立即予以屏蔽或删除。严重违规者将导致账户永久封禁。
4. VIP 与支付
部分高级功能需购买 VIP 订阅。一旦支付生效,除了由于平台出现重大故障且无法修复外,订阅费通常是不可退还的。请在完成购买前审慎确认您的需求。
5. 知识产权
您保留对您上传的内容的所有权。通过上传内容,您授予 PicKoala 一项非独家的、免版税的全球许可,以用于为您提供托管和展示服务。
6. 免责声明
本服务按“原样”提供。PicKoala 不保证服务不中断、无差错或完全安全。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对任何由于数据丢失、服务中断导致的直接或间接损失负责。
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PicKoala (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Scope
PicKoala provides image and file uploading, hosting, distribution, and online editing services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service features at any time.
3. User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded via your account. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Obscene, violent, or pornographic material;
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property;
- Malicious code, viruses, or trojans;
- Promotion of illegal activities.
Our auditing system will automatically block or delete illicit content. Serious violations will result in permanent account suspension.
4. VIP & Payments
Certain premium features require a VIP subscription. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law. Please review your plan before purchasing.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant PicKoala a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and display the content for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. PicKoala does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from data loss or service downtime.
